  1. I will cut the budget of statehouse by (88 %) from 17 B to just 2 Billion.
  2. I will cut the budget of other  top government offices  by 80 %
  3. I will abolish all remunerations to the wife’s/ spouses of all state officials
  4. I will reduce my  convoy to just 5 cars.
  5.  I will cut government expenses by 70 % all government officials including Cabinet secretaries  will be driving in cars not more than 1800 cc preferably fielders and Toyota Axio and Probox. 
  6. All businesses and company registration will be done within 6 hours
  7. National IDs will be free and will be replicable within 24 hours.
  8. I will restructure the budget and  invest heavily Agriculture &  Industrialization (Ksh. 800 Billion ) from the current 30 Billion
  9. I will offer free primary and secondary education.
  10. I will burn international travel and reduce them to a maximum of 3 per year
